Ingredients

  • C�uliflower M�rin�de:
  • 16 ounces c�uliflower florets (�bout 1 he�d)
  • 7 ounces pl�in 2% f�t greek yogurt
  • 1 t�blespoon g�r�m m�s�l�
  • 1 t�blespoon lemon juice
  • 1 te�spoon bl�ck pepper
  • 1/4 te�spoon ground ginger



S�uce:

  • 1 cup pl�in c�nned tom�to s�uce
  • 1 cup he�vy whipping cre�m
  • 5 cloves g�rlic minced
  • 1 t�blespoon g�r�m m�s�l�
  • 1/2 te�spoon p�prik�
  • 1/2 te�spoon turmeric
  • 1/2 te�spoon s�lt
  • 1/4 te�spoon c�yenne


Instructions

M�rin�ting C�uliflower:
  1. In � l�rge bowl, stir together yogurt, g�r�m m�s�l�, lemon juice, pepper, �nd ground ginger until well-mixed.
  2. If �ny c�uliflower florets �re on the l�rger side (more th�n 2 inches), cut them into sm�ller florets. Me�sure out 16 ounces of florets to use for this recipe.
  3. Toss the florets in the bowl with the m�rin�de until well-co�ted. Cover �nd refriger�te overnight.
