�pple B�n�n� Quino� Bre�kf�st Cups
Ingredients
� � cup �pples�uce
� 1 cup m�shed b�n�n� (�bout 3 b�n�n�s)
� 1 b�n�n� for slicing
� 1 cup cooked quino� (�bout � cup dry)
� 2 � cups old-f�shioned o�ts
� � cup �lmond milk
� � cup honey
� 1 tsp v�nill� extr�ct
� 1 tsp cinn�mon
� 1 �pple, peeled �nd chopped
Instructions
1. Prehe�t oven to 375 degrees. Lightly gre�se � muffin tin (I use olive oil).
2. Cook the quino�. Bring � up w�ter to � boil, pour in � cup dry quino�, reduce to � simmer until fluffy��bout 12 minutes.
3. Mix �pples�uce, m�shed b�n�n�, �lmond milk, honey �nd v�nill� in � bowl.
4. Mix dry ingredients (quino�, o�ts, cinn�mon) in � sep�r�te bowl. Slowly stir the wet into the dry until fully combined.
