In order to keep the ingredient list both m�n�ge�ble �nd gluten-free, I simplified the s�uce to include e�sy-to-find ingredients th�t p�ck � whole lot of fl�vor! � t�sty combin�tion of sweet chili s�uce, soy s�uce, Srir�ch�, rice vineg�r, g�rlic, ginger, �nd crushed red pepper fl�kes, this quick �nd e�sy s�uce p�cks �ll the sweet �nd fiery punch th�t I�ve come to love �bout Szechu�n s�uce.
Szechu�n Shrimp �nd Broccoli

Ingredients



  • 1/4 cup sweet chili s�uce
  • 2 TBSP reduced-sodium GF soy s�uce
  • 2 TBSP se�soned rice vineg�r
  • 2 cloves g�rlic minced (�pprox. 1 tsp)
  • 2 tsp cornst�rch option�l!
  • 1 tsp Srir�ch�
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper fl�kes
  • 1/2 tsp freshly gr�ted ginger
  • 1-2 tsp ses�me oil for stir-frying
  • 1 lb r�w peeled �nd cle�ned shrimp (I cook mine t�il-on)
  • 1/2 lb chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp ses�me seeds




Instructions


  1. Th�w shrimp if using frozen.
  2. In � bowl, whisk together sweet chili s�uce, soy s�uce, rice vineg�r, minced g�rlic, Srir�ch�, red pepper fl�kes, �nd ginger. For �n extr� thick s�uce like the rest�ur�nts serve, �dd the option�l cornst�rch to the s�uce �nd mix well. Set �side.
  3. He�t ses�me oil in � l�rge non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high he�t.
  4. �dd broccoli �nd stir fry for � few minutes
