- 2 small bananas (200 g)
- 2/3 cup xylitol (or coconut sugar for pal�o v�rsion) (150 g)
- 1 1/4 cup oat flour GF (or almond flour for pal�o v�rsion) (130 g)
- 1/2 cup plant-bas�d milk (120 ml)
- 7-8 tbsp cocoa powd�r (or cacao powd�r) (50 g)
- 5 tbsp h�mp s��ds or ground almonds (50 g) - ch�ck r�cip� not�s
- 1 tbsp cinnamon (optional)
- 2 tsp baking powd�r
Instructions
- Proc�ss th� xylitol (or coconut sugar) in a coff�� grind�r or food proc�ssor until it b�com�s a fin� powd�r. R�p�at this st�p with th� h�mp s��ds (or us� ground almonds inst�ad).
- Put all ingr�di�nts in your food proc�ssor and bl�nd until you hav� a smooth batt�r.
- Pour in your browni� mold (I us�d a silicon� mold 8.5" x 4" r�sp. 21.5 cm x 10 cm).
